Our Policies

• NEA requires 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours will incur a $100 charge.
• Online booking is encouraged.
• A valid credit card is required and will only be charged for late cancellations or no-shows.
• Clients arriving 20 minutes late will be considered a no-show and will incur a $100 charge.
• Please complete all intake forms prior to your appointment. Forms can be found in your booking confirmation email.
• Due to a shared work environment, we ask clients not to arrive more than 5 minutes before their scheduled appointment and to refrain from coming back to the treatment room until greeted. This ensures client privacy.
